I'm a total beginner, is this okay for me?
Absolutely. Every workout can be scaled, and the Classroom teaches you the fundamentals. You'll never feel lost.
What if I can't make the live classes?
Every single class is recorded and added to your library. Press play whenever it suits, you will never fall behind.
Do I need equipment?
Yes, but not much. A set of resistance bands, a 2kg set of dumb bells, and a heavier set for lower body work (suggested 5kg for beginner), a mat. A pilates ball will be sent to you upon sign up.
How much time do I really need?
Workouts are only 30 minutes and designed to help you move daily. You can do as many or as little sessions that works for your schedule. I suggest a minimum of 3 sessions per week as a baseline.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime, no lock in. You'll get my WhatsApp and all you need to do to cancel is send a message.
How is this different from a 90 day program?
The daily practice is exactly that something you come to daily for your mental, physical and emotional health. The 90 day program is a personalised program designed to help you build a life around your goals with full support, skill building and accountability.
